Refund & Resend Policy – Hassle-Free, Every Time

1. Delayed Orders

We’ve got your back if your order is significantly delayed:

USA: Eligible for refund/resend after 45 days from dispatch
Brazil: Eligible after 110 days due to customs delays
Other countries: Eligible after 60 days

Note: If the package is held by your local post office due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, please contact them directly.

We believe kids deserve the best. If your item arrives damaged:

Fully damaged: Full refund or replacement
Partially damaged: Partial refund or replacement (minor cosmetic flaws not included)

Please send a clear photo or video of the damage—we’ll handle the rest.

3. Incorrect or Missing Products

Received the wrong item? We’ll send the right one or refund you.
Wrong color/size but still usable? Replacement or refund available with proof.
Missing parts? We’ll resend the missing piece or issue a partial refund.
For size issues, please include a photo of measurements.

4. Orders Not Received

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
While we can’t offer refunds or resends in this case, we’ll help you investigate. Please provide:

A non-delivery certificate from your local post office
Proof of an incorrect or incomplete address
